The purpose of this study is to  evaluate various planting dates and how they impact the economic return of a fungicide application to determine if it pays
to invest in a late-planted corn crop.

We saw very little late-season disease pressure in 2022, limiting the fungicide response with the later planting dates. However, our threeyear, multi-location data shows that if planting is delayed, it still pays to invest in the crop.
