To evaluate the yield differences of Beck’s Escalate 

 on corn, compared to both the industry standard treatment system and an untreated control.

This plot was planted into ideal conditions and Mother Nature cooperated immediately following planting, allowing all of the treatments to have good, fairly even emergence.

However, once the crop emerged, we experienced cold, wet conditions that were tough on the young seedlings. Cold, wet environments make for slow growing, lethargic plants that are susceptible to seedling pathogens such as Fusarium and Pythium.

Escalate™ has an industry-leading fungicide package, which provided protection to help the seedlings through the period of inclement weather until more suitable growing conditions returned.
