2020 Ohio Corn Planting Date Study - Population Response
The purpose of this study is to determine the economic optimum seeding rate relative to planting dates and if planting populations should be adjusted when planting is delayed.
The higher ROI at the lower planting population that was replanted in June is likely due to the dry weather in 2020.
