Farming is a moving target. Whether it is extreme weather conditions, tough-to-control weeds, or changes in technology, there is something to learn every year. To help you navigate these topics and fi nd ways to increase ROI year-after-year, you’re invited to discover the number one agronomic resource — Beck’s Practical Farm Research (PFR)® — at Becknology™ Days 2020. If you are thinking to yourself, “been there, done that,” think again! Every year we add new studies and gain more data to provide you with tried and true solutions. This year, Beck’s PFR is testing over 100 products and practices. Here are just a few highlights:

Nutrient Management Study – Broadcast vs. Banded (Buggy Tour): When it comes to phosphorus and potassium, is broadcasting or banding the more effi cient application method? PFR is hoping to fi nd out through this 2020 study.

Transitioning Acres to Organic (Buggy Tour): Beck’s PFR is utilizing 18 acres of ground in organic transition to conduct multiple studies on organic products and practices. Learn more about transitioning acres and the opportunities with the organic grain market.

The Perfect Planter (Tent Talk): What are the benefi ts of planter attachments? Gain a 360-degree view of all the latest planter row units, meters, and attachments to discover what a perfect planter may look like for your operation.

Finding Consistency in the Extremes (Tent Talk): PFR is designed to simulate what the farmer experiences, from the equipment to the varying weather conditions from year to year. This session will help build farmer confi dence in the data, even in less than ideal conditions.

New for 2020 is the Beck’s Innovation Station, where you’ll be able to take a deeper dive into PFR and the factors that comprise yield and ROI, see demonstrations from the Biotech team, and learn what’s new in FARMserver®. Beck’s President’s Club Members will enjoy a new and improved VIP area, and the entire family will be able to fi nd their way through our fi rst ever corn maze.

As always, you will have the chance to hear from Scott and Sonny Beck about what is new with the company and trends within the industry. Our product team will also be on hand to walk you through the latest soybean technologies and corn hybrids and help you make decisions on what to plant on your acres. Throughout the day, you can visit our greenhouses, seed production area, and processing facilities to learn more about the research and production processes here at Beck’s.
