PFR Report: Planting Speed Study – SureSpeed

High-speed planting continues to become a more popular practice when farmers are faced with narrower planting windows and have more acres to plant.

In central Illinois, Beck’s Practical Farm Research (PFR)® team is testing AgLeader®’s SureSpeed™ at three different planting speeds: 5 MPH, 7.5 MPH, and 10 MPH. PFR Agronomist, Clayton Stufflebeam, discusses the equipment overviews of this planting technology with Brett Buehler, AgLeader’s Sales Specialist.
