Are you ready for one of the most unique events in the agricultural industry? You’re invited to join over 11,000 farmers from across the Midwest at Becknology™ Days to learn about leading agricultural practices, the latest crop production and management tools, as well as advancements in corn and soybean genetics.
It truly is the most wonderful time of the year, and we can’t wait to share the latest in agronomics and Practical Farm Research (PFR)®. We hope that you leave Becknology Days with new solutions and tools to help increase your bottom line.
So, what can you expect this year?
Practical Farm Research (PFR)®
We’ll be highlighting the innovative research that stems from questions asked by farmers. This year, we’re conducting more than 100 studies and testing 114 products and practices across multiple locations. Learn how to implement PFR strategies to make on-farm decisions or join one of our seven buggy tours to see fi rst-hand some of the unique studies we are conducting.
New Hybrids and Varieties
Spend time in our plots checking out the new products that offer additional yield, agronomics, and overall performance. Our product specialists will work side-byside with you to help place and manage these products on the right acre of your farm. The performance and diversity of our product lineups can’t be matched in the seed industry today!
As the seed industry continues to change, companies must adapt and grow. Scott and Sonny Beck will break down these changes and trends in the industry, and what they mean for the future of Beck’s.
UAV: Advanced Applications
Using drones to make your spray applications has become a reality. Join Jim Love, Beck’s light robotics manager, for a unique demonstration on how you can now use drones to spray hard to get to, wet, or small areas of your fi elds!
There’s no doubt that we have some of the best agronomists in the industry, and they can’t wait to share their knowledge with you! Join any one of our agronomic talks to learn more about fungicide modes of action, high-yielding soybean systems, base saturation issues, pH and soil fertility management, crop stress mitigation, and how to increase your yields with fi eld customization.
Throughout the day, you can also visit our greenhouses, seed production area, and processing facilities to learn about cutting-edge technologies and the benefi ts they provide.
Make sure to visit the sales counter to order your 2020 seed at the best discounts of the year and to take advantage of our Commitment Rewards program. You can even view a number of the items that will be on display. This might be one of the best opportunities to visit, network, and simply enjoy the company of other farmers, but it’s also a family-friendly event with great food and activities for all to enjoy.
We hope to see you August 22, 23 and 24 in Atlanta, Indiana, for an event like no other… Becknology Days 2019!
