In my trouble, I cried to the Lord, and He answered me. Psalm 120:1

I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who
made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1-2

For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find  Me when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord. - Jeremiah 29:11-14a

Stressed does not even come close to explaining the emotions felt by farmers everywhere. With the weather playing havoc on spring planting, faith has been, is, and will continue to be stretched. In times like these, we are quickly reminded that God is still in control. And no matter how ready we are, how good the seed, how big the equipment, how awesome the fertilizer, to reap a harvest of any kind, the seed must first be planted. There really is no earth-shaking explanation in regard to this spring except it has just been too wet to plant, period. Keep the faith. God has this. I know, easy for me to say. That is why I share just a few of God’s promises. He has never broken a promise, and be assured, He is not about to start now. The prayers of many continue — be safe!
