Xyway Fungicide Study

Beck’s Practical Farm Research (PFR®) department is testing FMC’s new fungicide Xyway™ in a placement and timing study on corn. Xyway is being analyzed in both 2x2x2 and in-furrow applications. Flutriafol is the active ingredient for this new fungicide. Camille Lambert, Beck’s Hybrids Field Sales Agronomist, provides an early season scouting update on this April 9th, 2021, planted study. The treatments for this study are below:

  • Control: 60 units UAN 2x2x2
  • Control + 15.2 oz. Xyway™ LFR® 2x2x2
  • Control + 15.2 oz. Xyway LFR In-Furrow
  • Control + 8.3 oz. Xyway LFR In-Furrow + 5 oz. Lucento® @ R3
  • Control + 5 oz. Lucento @ R3
