Consequently, a precondition to the use of Beck's interactive customer account system is your willingness, as a Beck's customer, to waive any claims you might hereafter have against Beck's arising out of theft, capture, examination, use, misuse, or disclosure by anyone other than Beck's of any information which you submit through this website, or provided to Beck's for later use in connection with this website, or which Beck's makes accessible to you through this website.
