We source and breed genetics that are specifically adapted to regions within our marketing area. Other seed companies with larger marketing areas must find products that fit broader geographies which often do not work best in specific environments. This makes Beck's products more competitive within our marketing area. Beck's fast selection process allows for the latest genetics to our customers for the best yield advantage. Beck's greenhouses are dedicated to plant breeding and trait introgression providing Beck's with year-round research enabling turnaround time to be reduced on new hybrids introduced into the market. Two additional greenhouses will be completed by March 2008, which will expand the Research and Development facility to 24,000 ft2.

Due to the increase in grower demand for technologies and Beck's goals of providing the best technology with the best genetics, we have experienced a need for additional greenhouse space. Beck's is working with numerous trait providers to provide the best and most complete trait packages available. Growers today want choices as well as stacked trait combinations, which Beck's will be able to provide. We look forward to delivering these combinations to our growers at the fastest pace possible.
