1) Better Emergence and Seedling Health -Escalate provides systemic and effective control of the following diseases: common bunt, dwarf bunt, flag smut, seed rots, loose smut, septoria seedling blight, seed-borne fusarium scab, and pythium damping-off, while also giving partial control of karnal bunt.

2) Seedling Insect Control -Escalate provides effective control of the following seedling insects: Aphids (including Bird cherry-oat, English grain, Greenbug and Russian wheat aphid), Hessian fly, and Wireworm (suppression only) which improves stands, protects seedlings and reduces exposure to insect vectored diseases and viruses.

3) Enhanced Yield -Growers in northern geographies will often realize up to 4 Bu./A. more yield with Escalate, and growers in southern geographies will often gain 7 Bu./A. due to better control of seedling diseases and reduced chances of fall infestation of Barley Yellow Dwarf Virus.

4) Flexibility -With Escalate, growers can plant before the Hessian fly-free date in their area when necessary. Planting after the fly-free date is still preferred when possible.
