100% REPLANT POLICY

If there is a need to replant a field of Beck's corn, Sure Gro soybeans, wheat or elite alfalfa, as determined by a Beck's representative, Beck's will furnish the seed and royalties FREE!

Beck's will attempt to provide the same product for replant as customer originally planted.
Substitutions of some products may be necessary.

Replant must be planted in the same crop year as originally planted.

Payment Terms: Soybeans

An ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT will be sent approximately October 1, 2008 to acknowledge receipt of your order.
An ORDER CONFIRMATION will be sent by December 10, 2008 to confirm grade size, hybrid, special treatments and discounted pricing for payments by January 10, 2009.
All seed purchases August 2, 2008- August 1, 2009 are due August 1, 20089. EXCEPTION: All first year seed customers must pay for their seed prior to or at the time of pick-up or delivery, unless credit arrangements have been pre-approved.
All seed accounts that are unpaid as of August 1, 2009 will be charged 1.5% per month carrying fee based on the unpaid balance which is equivalent to an 18% Annual Percentage Rate unless we have approved Fall credit terms for your seed purchase.
All purchases (other than seed) are due 30 days after invoice date. If not paid by the due date, the above-mentioned 18% carrying fee will apply.
Previous year seed accounts must be paid in full prior to shipments of current year products to any customer.
RABO Agrifinance QuickLink Credit®, Farm Plan™ (regular 30 day plan), DISCOVER®, VISA®, and MasterCard® payment plans are available on request for use by individual customers only.

SOYBEAN RETURNS

Customers may return up to 5% of their total soybean order prior to July 1, 2009 and receive full credit.
(if in bags, seed boxes or mini-bulk units only).
Returns that are over 5% will be subject to a $5.00 / unit restocking fee.
Returns that are over 10% will be subject to a $10.00 / unit restocking fee.
No seed bags that have holes, been opened, torn, or tags removed may be returned.
No seed boxes with ties removed may be returned.
No returns will be accepted after July 1, 2009 when the warehouse is completely closed.
Returns of seed in bulk units cannot be accepted due to labeling laws.

ADDITIONAL SOYBEAN INFORMATION

A unit of Beck’s soybeans is 130,000 seeds.
Beck’s soybeans can be purchased in bag, mini-bulk, seed box and true bulk units.
All discount structures that apply to bag units also apply to mini-bulk, seed box, and true bulk units.
A mini-bulk bag contains 45 units and weighs approximately 1600 to 2600 pounds.
A seed box contains 45 units and weighs approximately 1950 to 2950 pounds.
Seed boxes need to be returned in good condition in nested form by August 1.
Seed boxes lost, broken or destroyed will be charged out at the appropriate price. Refer to Beck’s seed box system instructions.
There is no charge or deposit for wood pallets or mini-bulk bags. However, we appreciate their return on your next order.
For safety and ease of unloading mini-bulk bags, we furnish a steel rack free of charge. Racks may be kept for use with future Beck’s seed orders, or returned to Beck’s at the end of the season.
