The cash discount schedule is authorized on all current seed payments received
during the following time periods:

Terms
Zero interest until Nov. 15, 2010 w/ approved credit and signed promissory note by February 14, 2010.

Returns
- Customers may return up to 5% of their total forage seed order.
- Any returns over 5% will be subject to a $5.00 per unit restocking fee.
- No bags that have holes, been opened, torn, or tags removed may be returned.
- No returns will be accepted after June 20, 2010 for Spring seeding.

- All special orders are C.O.D. and CANNOT be returned.
100% Replant Guarantee
- If you need to replant a field of Beck's ELITE or W-L Alfalfas,
Beck's will provide, at no charge, the alfalfa seed needed to replant as determined by a Beck's representative.
