CASH DISCOUNTS

The cash discount schedule is authorized on all current seed payments received during the following time periods:

Pay by the below dates and save!

10% until January 10, 2009

5% January 11, 2009 - April 1, 2009

3% April 2, 2009 - July 1, 2009

0% July 2, 2009 - August 1, 2009

Terms

Zero interest until Nov. 15, 2009 w/ approved credit and signed promissory note by February 14, 2009.

ACCOUNT DUE: August 1, 2009

RETURNS

• Customers may return up to 5% of their total forage seed order.
• Any returns over 5% will be subject to a $5.00 per unit restocking fee.
• No bags that have holes, been opened, torn, or tags removed may be returned.
• No returns will be accepted after October 20, 2008 for fall seeding.

• Other products not on this list may be available. Call for pricing.
• All special orders are C.O.D. and CANNOT be returned.

• If you need to replant a field of Beck's ELITE or AMERICA's Alfalfas, Beck's will provide, at no charge, the alfalfa seed needed to replant.
