2017 Kentucky Wheat Nitrogen Timing Study - Urea

The purpose of this study is to evaluate various timings of nitrogen (N) applications, in the form of urea, to determine their effect on N use efficiency, yield and profitability.

OBSERVATION

The most profitable treatment resulted from having the highest nitrogen percentage applied late season. No in-season differences were observed.
